If you have any injuries, we will be partnering with Mike Maynard Physical Therapy. His facility is only 5 minutes from BHS.
Mike has 30 years of experience as a Physical Therapist along with his own company - Train Smarter Not Harder since 2000.
Specializing in rehabilitation of High School Cross Country and Track athletes. Having treated many of the Beckman cross country and track athletes for the past two years.
He is a former Capo Valley High School Track and Cross Country athlete. With historical best times in the 3 mile - 15:21, 800m - 1:55, & 1600m - 4:29.
